Woke at 236.1, up .6 from yesterday. Weighed in after doing 100 weighted squats and 15 minutes of steady-state cardio on the bike. I did not do the pushups or weights today due to some DOMS. Going to give the arms another day to rest. Fasting today and will not eat until protein coffee tomorrow. UPDATE: I've been eating lunch at 2 pm and like clockwork, the ghrelin is dropping hard at 2! I'll push through and continue the fast until tomorrow. UPDATE 2: Got to 233.9 by 4 pm. UPDATE 3: Got cold and sleepy by 6:30. Took a 1.5-hour nap and woke up at 233.2. Amazing what the lack of calories did in 24 hours.
