Woke at 234.8, down 1.5 from yesterday. Losing the water each day. Started with weights, green tea, and black coffee. I'm going to do weights each morning this month and see how that goes. UPDATE: Down to 233.2 by noon as I got a serious whoosh this morning. Ate an omelet and some tuna. UPDATE: Weighed in before dinner. Got back to 234.6 after lunch and hydration.
