I woke at 218.6, down .6 from yesterday. Business meeting after hours and maybe dinner out. UPDATE: Ate an amazing piece of pork belly and 22 ounces of bone-in rib-eye for dinner plus drinks. Came home at 221.4! Let's see what I can digest overnight!
