Woke at 222.4, up 1.0 from yesterday after a big lunch, drinks after work, and a late, late dinner when I got home. Monster calorie burn yesterday (5600+) as I was running from 7 am to 11 pm. Fasting today and will consider doing it tomorrow, too. UPDATE: Weighed in at 6:30 pm and got to 221.4.
