Woke at 216.4, down 6.0 from yesterday. (The Tanita scale showed a lot of dehydration in my body fat reading). This is the lowest I've weighed since October 9, 2018, and is 30 pounds down from my vacation high of 246.8 on August 1, 2019. Definitely paying off to go back to low calories and low carbs with lots of protein. I slept in today and have been water fasting. I may continue the fast into Saturday to catch up to my average daily calorie goal for the month. UPDATE: Down to 215.2 at 5 pm. Having a cup of coffee and some water with my supplements. I'll keep fasting until tomorrow.
