Woke at 227.4, down 3.0 from yesterday morning. Having amazing success on my vacation. I can’t figure out what the secret is. I’d probably have to attribute it to a lot of sleep, resulting in a drop in cortisol. UPDATE: Weighed in after a massive dinner salad and a ton of water and diet coke at dinner. Got to 231.4. Hoping for more 220s in the morning as the calories were not that high today.
