Woke at 224.0, up .4 from yesterday. Working from home and preparing the house for Thanksgiving guests today. Emily arrives tonight so that will be fun. Denise is doing Crack Chicken today. Tomorrow will be my first all out cheat day in quite some time (since July's vacation). Don't know if I will end the month with a 5-day fast like last month. Perhaps, but need to weigh that against my recent thoughts about the Slow Carb diet and bringing my TDEE up to calorie burn levels in order to repair my metabolism. UPDATE: Did not really move a lot of water today. Only got down to 223.2 before dinner despite a modest eating day.
