Nice... 297.5. Eating pretty light these days. But ate about 1725 for two days straight to try to see if I was actually eating too little for my bod to get 'permission' to drop the weight. After all, I'm trying to maintain a 1700 calorie per day average and I've been in the 1500s some days this month. I may have a strategy here...
