Quiche with Whole Wheat Tortilla Crust
A delicious, satisfying and nutritious quiche with an easy whole wheat tortilla crust.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- In a large bowl lightly beat eggs.
- Mix in skim milk, mayonnaise, pepper and flour.
- Add onion, cheese and spinach. Mix well.
- Place tortilla into bottom of a pie plate. Carefully pour all the mixture onto the tortilla. Garnish with chives.
- Place in middle rack in oven. Remove from oven when top is lightly browned approximately 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool and set for about 5 minutes. Cut into portions and serve.
