Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites
No bake energy balls.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine oats, almonds, flax seed, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl and stir.
- Melt peanut butter and allow it cool slightly.
- Add honey and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Add cooled peanut butter to the mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Note if desired, garnish with crushed peanuts or almonds.
