Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites

No bake energy balls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine oats, almonds, flax seed, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl and stir.
  2. Melt peanut butter and allow it cool slightly.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. Add cooled peanut butter to the mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Note if desired, garnish with crushed peanuts or almonds.
