Colonel Mustard Pork Chops

A six minute meal with a very good sweet and spicy taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together syrup, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Place chops and mustard mixture inside a large zip-top plastic bag, then shake to coat the chops.
  3. Place chops on a nonstick skillet heated to medium-high, cooking 2 to 3 minutes per side. In last minute of cooking, pour remaining mustard mixture onto chops as they cook.
  4. Toss greens and dressing in a large bowl to coat.
