Chicken Nuggets

Tender chicken thighs with parmesan coating.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine parmesan, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, add the egg and whisk until frothy.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, making sure to fully cover every piece.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces with the parmesan mixture.
  5. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Fry the chicken nuggets turning once until golden brown.
