I'm not surprised, but I am a bit sad. It was a great vacation, with too many goodies, n an abundance of carbs. So after 7 months of no goodies n limited carbs, 5 lbs isn't so bad! Today I'm back to weighing n measuring everything I eat, n NO goodies n minimal carbs again. One step at a time n forward I go!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
