Too much stress lately. Can't be bothered to eat, averaging 800 cal/day. I know I'm going to pay for it in gaining lbs when I get my appetite back. I guess I deal with it then when it happens! 🤷
100.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
