Grrrrr! This makes no sense. I exercised for 180 minutes total yesterday and had the right calories. Whaaat?! I’m frustrated.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang on, progress takes time. I noticed that when I’m more active I sometimes retain water. Keep doing what you are doing and don’t melt down over the number on the scale. 💪

Thanks Domolive, I do need to be patient! (Not one of my strengths after a year of tracking.) I just tallied my exercise and I burned 3300, yet ate 1195 so perhaps my metabolism went down yesterday? Trying 1400 calls today and less exercise…besides I’m pooped and deserve more rest! Have a great day! 😊

if your weighing yourself daily, your weight will fluctuate multiple times a day by small fractions like that. I weight my self once a week at the same time before I eat breakfast. sometimes it does go up a little, but muscle weights more than fat, and I exercise quite a bit. so it's possible that someone could be losing 1lb of fat, but gaining a healthy 1.5lbs of muscle. keep going! you got this 100% <3

Mismeganmonster: thank you! I hope you’re right and it’s more muscle. I always weigh first thing in am only, but I’ve been thinking about weekly weigh ins instead to decrease stress associated. I appreciate you taking time to write:) thx!

if you have Instagram, check out Kelsey Wells and Kayla Itsines. They're both body positive fitness trainers. Kelsey frequently posts before and afters of her own progress. one being a picture of her at 130lbs and 145lbs. She's much slimmer at 145lbs because of the muscle!

Thx again Missmeganmonster. I’ve lost 11 1/2 inches along with the 8 pounds :) … so far!! I just want to be healthy, have energy to be active, and have less RA and osteo pain — the weight is just a number really.
