I seem to be stuck. I’ve consistently stayed between 62kgs and 63.6 (about 136-140 lbs) for about a year. Went on a pretty extreme diet last year (because I had very many misconceptions about what healthy dieting is) and lost 30 lbs in a few months. Not sure what to do now?
62.8 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just a couple of suggestions (fwiw): How’s your salt intake? Retained water will definitely mess with your weight control. And… Maybe it’s time to revisit your daily calorie intake? I do best when I am at most 8 X (my next mini-goal in pounds, minus 10 lbs.) So, currently a maximum of 1600/day in my case (mini-goal of *210 - 10* = 200 lbs, X 8.) Not that I’ve been doing so great lately, but when I watch these two things I am pretty successful. Something to try, maybe? All the best!💕

Also: had a peek at your journal and your meals look healthy and delicious! That’s a definite plus, you’re doing great. Don’t give up!

FS, with the info I put in, was giving me 1900 calories per day. I changed it to 1700 per day and still did not lose. It took dropping to 1400 calories a day to finally get the scale moving. There are days my intake is slightly more.

Are you able to exercise? Sometimes when you hit a wall, some exercise will take you to the next step. Also, drink more water than you think you need. Try to reduce salt and fat as well, even if your calorie intake is low.

What is your sleep schedule like? Prioritizing good-quality sleep is something I find helpful.

Thank you for all of your messages! Currently my sleep schedule is all over the place & I don’t practice consistent sleep habits so I will definitively adjust that. Salt intake is actually probably a bit higher since I love salty food, so that may be contributing to my weight retention too. Calorie intake varies but I should start restricting a bit again soon.

@grammalalaura thank you :) I try my best to eat dishes that I enjoy, otherwise I would just be miserable. I might try the 8x trick for a week or two and see how that works, thanks for the suggestion!
