I don’t know what’s happening! Might be hitting a plateau... I have been working out at least 30 min everyday and don’t exceed my daily calories. I have started working out 1h instead of 30 min for the past three days but my weight still only fluctuates between 244 and 245, but never less. I’m getting a little frustrated!

this happened to me this week I was so hard on myself because I did everything right like you. Next week will be a better week. Just take it one day at a time and don't give up

We all experience these frustrations. Just keep doing the right things. That’s what I tell myself.

you may not see a significant change in weight immediately. consider that body structure may have changed- less fat more muscle. even though the weight is the same that is already a toned muscle and not the excess fat that we want to get rid of! You're doing great! Let's keep moving!

Hey there - I just hit 60lbs lost in 13 weeks. I'm curious what program you are following? I don't have anything to sell or anything, I just know the frustration of doing everything 'right' and not losing. Man, do I ever. You may be eating too few calories with that amount of exercise. But at first glance, too many carbs. Still, 12lbs is AWESOME.

this happens to everyone it’s okay! you’ve probably also built some muscle so the number looks the same, but you’re still losing fat. just keep at it and you’ll see progress again :)

I started wearing a fitbit and it makes all the difference, it shows how many calories I burn so I eat less than that...

Hey, super curious, what type of exercises are doing?

Start taking body measurements, then you can see if you are making progress there.

maybe your body thinks that you do not have access to enough food, so it's trying it's very best to not lose anymore weight for survival? I heard some people just have 1 cheat meal to tell their body "hey I still have access to lots of food, don't worry" and their weight will then go down

Could be because of the style of exercise your doing. The workouts you should do should be a mixture of cardio, explosive lifts, and standard weight training. Try to stay away from light weight slow reps as that will out on muscle mass. Also you should try to change up your workouts quite frequently to try and shock your body. This works for both muscle growth and weight loss. It also could be your diet. your diet should consist of things like chicken, fish, green vegetables and leafy greens, lean beef tuna, and some nuts. As long as you focus on your calorie intake while keeping it low fat and carb and higher protein you should start to loose weight again

Staying within my calorie target every day was key for me but when I hit plateaus and couldn’t seem to lose I started to look at carbs too. I didn’t do serious carb counting but found reducing just bread kick started my weight loss again. I think if you are staying within your daily calorie limit and are exercising it’s only a matter of time until the pounds are dropping again. Keep it up!
