I am sad to see this number and see how my body has changed but I am still hopeful. Before I started recording on this app I was around 78kg (172 lbs) & had worked by ass off to get to 61kg (134 lbs); as seen in my logs. This is a number I hadn’t been at since high school. I was eating enough fruits & veggies, drinking lots of water but probably not getting enough protein & fibre for a good portion of it because I was always miserable, hungry and tired. I started developing better eating habits that I got too relaxed with. I am more self-aware but still. In 2023 I joined a competitive dragon boating team & we paddled for 6 months & even won gold at a huge regatta! I’m sure I built more muscle because I *feel* stronger and can do way more cardio & strength training with ease ..but I also see I have gained more fat over years. I am going to leverage my new strength to get back to where I want to be! Let’s do this!
