Need to get back into it!! Getting Married October 1st- and need to drop a couple inches as well as weight! Dress fits perfect but a TAD tight! Gotta work on it!

Feeling very discouraged, I was doing so good.. I’m still eating well, I’m still working out and I’m still in a deficit but somehow after 1 day of going out (weekend at my sisters with drinks and food (kind of healthy)), I’m back up a couple pounds. I’m obviously not going on the scale everyday because I feel bleh. But just disappointed that I can’t get the scale down and feel like a plateau. I understand muscle weighs more than fat... but I’m not even toning up as much or as fast I maybe should be.

Bad day... was late for work so ran and got a McMuffin from McDonald’s with a hashbrown. Our company put on a BBQ- and I did have a burger wrapped in Lettuce but all the fixings. I’m not hungry and don’t think I’ll eat the rest of the night BUT high in fat day. From this morning to now I’ve gained 2 pounds. Not counting it... but tomorrow has to be a better day!

Made Turkey Taco Salad- with homemade taco seasoning so I wouldn’t have too much sodium! It was so delicious- added extra veggies and only did salsa, 1 tbsp with lots of jalapeños! Ate it too fast to take a picture but I’ll be full ALL night! (419 Calories!)
