diabetic, on Metformin since June 2012. Morning blood sugar readings have always been high but since I joined here and watch my diet I am below 6.0 in the mornings. Knowing the percentages keeps you on the straight and narrow. I find it challenging to find food and recipes to keep me on track. I love this site.
