Mustard Tilapia

Veggies, fish, and mustard. Doesn't sound amazing but it is.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook tilapia (typically 13-15 minutes).
  2. While tilapia is cooking, grate carrots.
  3. Dice all other vegetables and mix.
  4. Add the mustard.
  5. Once fish is done, cut into pieces and let cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix fish and vegetables and enjoy.
