Mango Lime Quinoa Salad

A fresh salad perfect for a summers day.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl add the cooked quinoa, mango and green onion
  2. Zest the lime and add to mixture.
  3. Cut lime in half and add the juice from the whole lime.
  4. Drizzle over the olive oil and honey.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix and let stand in the fridge for a few hours.
