Directions
- Mix together All Bran and buttermilk and let stand.
- In a separate bowl combine oil, egg, brown sugar and vanilla and add to the buttermilk-bran mixture.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to first mixture and stir until just blended.
- Add raisins or dates and spoon into muffin pans.
- Bake in preheated 190 °C oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
