Chick Pea Chocolate Bites

Chocolate chip cookies made with chick peas, honey and natural organic almond butter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in food processor and process until very smooth.
  3. Once smooth add chocolate chips and pulse until mixed.
  4. Wet hands, form 11 2" balls of dough and place on parchment paper or cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil spray.
  5. Bake for at least 10 minutes. To make them look more like cookies, press down with a wet fork.
  6. Note: they do not rise at all. Organic peanut butter can be used as well. Don't use regular peanut butter, they will come out oily.
