Banana Zucchini Loaf
Sweet, moist, and delicious.
Ingredients
Directions
- Grate the zucchini and remove excess water.
- Beat eggs with oil, sugar, zucchini, and mashed bananas well.
- In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
- Add all wet ingredients and mix them well.
- Divide the mixture into 2 loaf pans lined with parchment.
- Bake in the oven set at 350°F for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
