Brown Rice with Peas and Shallots

Tasty, simple, and a great way to dress up your brown rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Sauté sliced shallots in a skillet with margarine.
  3. Add drained peas into the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, season to taste, and remove from heat once done.
