Peanut Butter Cookies

These 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies are incredibly tasty and easy to make.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Make balls from the batter and place them on a cookie tray.
  4. Using a fork, gently press down in one direction and then press again from the other side to form a criss-cross pattern on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
  6. Allow them to cool on the cookie tray for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
