Quinoa, Veggies and Tuna

Yummy quinoa dish with high nutritional value

Directions

  1. Put olive oil in pan, add onion, garlic and celery, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add tuna, cooked quinoa, broccoli and red pepper. Cook until broccoli is bright green.
  3. Add tamari sauce, stir well to cover everything. Enjoy.
