Quinoa, Veggies and Tuna
Yummy quinoa dish with high nutritional value
Ingredients
Directions
- Put olive oil in pan, add onion, garlic and celery, sauté until translucent.
- Add tuna, cooked quinoa, broccoli and red pepper. Cook until broccoli is bright green.
- Add tamari sauce, stir well to cover everything. Enjoy.
