Garlic Baked Potatoes

Delicious side dish that is easy to make.

Directions

  1. Cut up potatoes, then combine with oil and seasonings to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly so the potatoes are coated.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Put the potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
