HCG Mushroom Soup
Flavorful homemade mushroom soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Dice and sauté mushrooms and onions and garlic in coconut oil (use spray if available).
- Add broth and simmer over medium heat. Stir often while adding thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add half and half cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Then add parsley.
- Carefully pour soup into heat safe blender if available. Note: watch for "max liquid" line on blender. Mix and enjoy.
