Boil Egg Scramble - Indian Style
Egg curry made by shredded boil eggs.
Ingredients
Directions
- Hard boil 3 eggs.
- Take 15 gram of butter in the pan and add half a cup of chopped onions and let it cook for about 3 mins.
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- Add 1 medium chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 3-5 mins.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt and chili powder as per your taste.
- Add 3 shredded eggs (You can also roughly chop the eggs).
- Add 1 cup water and let it cook for about 3-5 mins.
- Serve.
