Directions

  1. Mix sugar, eggs and butter - blend well.
  2. Sift the flour into mix and add baking powder.
  3. Add milk and mix well. Make sure mix is thick enough to support the chocolate chips.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350 ° F for 50 min.
