Zucchini Asparagus Capellini

Light summer pasta with turkey bacon and vegetables.

Directions

  1. Fry up bacon with oil.
  2. Add zucchini, asparagus, and garlic and fry until tender.
  3. Add lemon juice, cream cheese, and tomatoes then simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta and add some spices of your choice.
