A stew of blended vegetables with sour cream.

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables in a pot with oil and dill. Let cool.
  2. Blend everything together in food processor.
  3. Heat then serve hot in a bowl. Put two tablespoons of sour cream, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
