Cheesy cauliflower gnocchi made with whole wheat flour.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil chopped up cauliflower until soft.
- Drain and squeeze out water in tea towel or cheese cloth.
- Add salt, pepper and flour. Knead dough until workable.
- Roll out dough in sections, cut into bite size piece and brown in pan with oil in batches (do not let stick together).
- Once browned, add rest of gnocchi in pan, add marinara sauce and toss to coat. Add parmesan cheese and basil for topping.
