Directions
- Mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl and use a blender to get a smooth texture.
- Add Kirkland egg whites to two egg whites and whip them for 10 min until they are glossy and firm.
- Add egg whipped egg whites to the cottage cheese mix gradually spoon by spoon gently stirring from bottom up to combine.
- Pour in a glass baking form and put into preheated to 170c degrees oven for 30-40 min.
