Directions
- Parboil 1 cup uncooked wild rice for 5 minutes.
- Let stand, covered, in same water for 1 hour.
Drain.
- Mix rice, consommé and all other ingredients together adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
