Lentil & Black Bean Salad

Crisp and colorful salad with lentils, black beans, and corn.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
