Apple Cinnamon Loaf
Crumbly and sweet loaf with apples and cinnamon.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Beat white sugar and butter together with electric mixer.
- Beat eggs in 1 at a time, add vanilla.
- Mix flour and baking power and then add to cream mixture, add milk.
- Pour half of batter in pan, add part of apple and cinnamon mixture. Add the rest of the batter. Top with remaining apple and cinnamon.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
