Stir Fry Veggies with Chicken

Crisp and filling stir fried veggies and chicken.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop veggies.
  2. Cut chicken in cubes, fry on pan in olive oil and put aside.
  3. Dump all veggies except broccoli into the pan with some olive oil, sauté for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste and add teriyaki sauce.
  5. Add chicken and broccoli and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
