I used canned salmon, removed the skin and bones. Saved the juice and added 1/4 c to the bread crumbs. I added a 1/4 teaspoon dried dill & 1 teaspoon of dried minced onion. followed everything else. My ice cream scoop was smaller and I got 7 cakes. Covered and chilled them for 2 hours. I air fried them- 3 spritzes of olive oil on each side- cooked for 5 minutes at 400 on each side- until they were golden brown. They were awesome!

Fabulous - I add a little red pepper for a zing and use cornmeal instead of bread crumbs.

I never would have thought to bake them. Good Idea! More healthy that cooking in skillet with a touch of oil.
Thanks!
