Bavarian Red Cabbage

Directions

  1. Shred the apples with peel and cabbage.
  2. Put everything into a crock pot.
  3. Simmer for 7-8 hours. Adjust the temperature depending on how long you need it to cook.

Reviews 
This is 2 points per 1 cup serving, using 2 tablespoons of oil makes it 4 points. I cooked it with the oil from the original recipe the first time (and forgot to take it out of the instructions). It didn't seem to add anything, so I've left it out since then. You can use an egg slicer to slice up the hot dogs so you can taste them in every bite (just clean it up quickly or it's hard to get off).
