Beef Chili Stew

A sort of mix between chili and stew, filled with legumes and a touch of tomato and beef.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1-3 hours before serving
  3. Note: I like to freeze meal size portions. It makes for a fast and easy meal later.

Looks good to me. I make a similar one. Recently have been adding some oregano to and makes a difference.

Top it with some grated cheese, yummy. The pinquitos are preprared in a can already seasoned with garlic and other "chili" type seasonings.
