Flan con Pera Light

  1. Precalentar el horno 190º. pelar y cortar la pera en dados.
  2. Batir el huevo con la canela y el edulcorante, mientras calentar la leche. añadir poco a poco la leche por el borde del recipiente que contiene el huevo, sin dejar de remover.
  3. Verter la mezcla en un bol pequeño de horno y añadir la pera.
  4. Preparar un baño maria ( una bandeja para gratinar llena de agua fria hasta cubrir las tres cuartas partes del bol), poner el bol dentro y meter en el horno durante 30 minutos, comprobar con palillo si esta cuajado.
