A healthy, delicious, low-fat pancake, that is high in protein.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a blender.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, spray nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter into frying pan and cook for 1 minute on each side.
