Banana Oat Craisin Cookies

Quick, tasty and healthy cookies with no added sugar or flour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Combine all ingredients, mashing bananas until a cookie dough consistency has formed (if you like chunks of banana, make sure not to over mash).
  3. Make sure all the oatmeal has been combined and moistened.
  4. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Drop approximately 18 cookies onto sheet.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from baking sheet.
  7. Note: nuts may also be added.

Super easy cookies and AWESOME. I left out the craisins for this batch. Ended up being around 30 calories per cookie so I don't feel guilty at all indulging. :)
