To help reduce the carb count even furthur, I used Heinz SUGAR-FREE ketchup.... it has a negligible carb count and tastes absolutely great... if it's NOT sweet enough for you, you can add any carb free sweetener, but I prefer it a little less sweet. I also use the sugar free ketchcup and horseradish to make a wonderful "cocktail" like sauce for dipping my boiled shrimp :)

Yum ! I substituted 1 Tbsp. of sweet chili sauce for the 3 Tbsp. of ketchup ! It cut the carbs down by 5 and added plenty of flavor.

Never made this yet, but I already know I will love it, I'm a shrimp and ketchup fan :) I'll report back when I have made this, and I already know the results will be yummy.

This was absolutely delicious! I had some left over from last night, and day dreamed about eating for dinner tonight. I licked my plate clean. The only, only, thing I might change is using a bit less olive oil. Have I mentioned that this was delicious? Thank you for sharing!
