Directions
- Slice long ways and scrape inside out of peppers.
- Put cream cheese, cheddar cheese and paprika in bowl and heat till melted.
- Put cheese mixture in pepper halves.
- Wrap stuffed peppers in bacon secure with tooth pick.
- Cook at 400 °F (205 °C) for 25 minutes or till bacon fully done.
