Stuffed Turkey Burger

Flavorful twist on a low fat burger.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place a cup of stuffing mix in a bowl and pour 1/2 a cup of chicken broth over it and mix well.
  2. Let sit for 5-6 minutes until soft.
  3. Mix the ground turkey, the wet stuffing, the BBQ sauce and the garlic powder.
  4. Press mixture into a large container and divide it into 4 equal portions using a knife.
  5. To cook, either pan-fry the burgers in cooking spray like Pam, or cook them on the grill.

These were so good. My entire family loved them. They will be come a staple in our house. This the best turkey burger recipe I have found so far.

Too much sugar. BBQ sauce over 90% sugar and bread crumbs are way to high in Carbs. Carbs convert to sugar. How about using other veg for mixing in the turkey. Since we are all addicted to Fructose, I bet it tastes really good though.

My entire family loved these/ I did not add the BBQ sauce, but served on bun with cranberry mustard and pickles! With sweet potatos fries/ It was a wonderful 12pts WW meal.
